Monthly consults to refill weight loss medications are $75.
Also offering yearly concierge package with unlimited tele consults for $900/year per person.
Payment is accepted via credit/debit card, Apple pay, Zelle, PayPal and Cash App.
Insurance is not accepted at this time.

Michael Capezzuto is a nurse practitioner who is dual board certified in emergency medicine and family medicine through the AANP. Michael has 20 years experience in emergency medicine with the past 10 years being independent practice as an ER nurse practitioner. Michael has vast experience working in a variety of settings from big city trauma centers to single provider rural hospitals.
